16 Later, they left Elim, and the whole congregation of the Israelis came to the desert^[a] of Sin, which lay between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departure from the land of Egypt. ² The whole congregation of the Israelis complained against Moses and Aaron in the desert.
